Unannounced Project

I work with the global production team to ensure timely delivery of cinematic animation content. My main focus is projections for the project as a whole but also predictions as to what the required team size will be in the future. I am also working on refining our estimates further by taking a data-driven approach and working with other teams internally to create tools that facilitate the process.


Red Dead Redemption II

I worked with the global production team to ensure timely delivery of cinematic animation content. My responsibilities included balancing workloads among animators, liaising with outsource partners and creating projections reports for upper management.


Grand Theft Auto Online

I have worked on every update from Import/Export onwards. Typically my responsibilities include assessing the scope of each pack and assigning an appropriate amount of animators onto the project. I also monitor the progress across the pipeline and flag any issues that might delay the team’s delivery.


Red Dead Online
